I have to say, I’m really surprised and happy that my total lack of care for my diet and exercise (well, not really exercise. Been walking a lot and playing frisbee :D), and potentially sleep, hasn’t had bad repercussions on my weight, just my mental well-being. Which isn’t very good, not really. lol
So excited to get lots of rest, start running with Kristz, eat healthy food again, and work on my last school project before dissertation time. Also, do my first mini-marathon in a week! (so stoked!)
I can do this!
